Output formats & resolution

Input

Accepts JPG/JPEG and PNG, up to 20 MB per image.

Output

Default output is a transparent PNG at the original resolution — no compression, no scaling. What you put in is what you get out, minus the background.

Resolution cap

• Free signed-in users — downloads are capped at 0.5 MP (longest edge 800px).
• Paid users — full original resolution, no cap.
• Anonymous users — hitting download prompts you to sign in first.

When you get a JPG instead

E-commerce platform exports come out as JPG, because that’s what the marketplaces require. The transparent PNG is for general use; the JPG variants are for when you’re pushing to a store. See One-click export for every platform.
