Remove a background in 3 steps

1. Upload

Drop an image onto the page, click to pick one, or paste from the clipboard — all three work.

• Formats: JPG / JPEG and PNG
• Max size: 20 MB per image

2. AI processes it

Takes a few seconds. What happens depends on whether you’re signed in:

• Signed in — a mode picker pops up after upload so you can choose an AI mode (general, product, portrait, etc.).
• Anonymous — runs automatically on the general mode. No picker.

3. Download

The result comes back as a transparent PNG by default. For other formats and sizes, see Output formats.

Resolution depends on your account:

• Free, signed in — capped at 0.5 MP (longest edge 800px).
• Paid — full original resolution.
• Anonymous — clicking download asks you to sign in first.
