You can change or cancel your plan any time from the dashboard. No support ticket, no waiting period.

What “switch” actually does

A plan switch is not prorated. Three things happen at once:

• The billing period resets to today.
• You’re charged the full price of the new plan immediately — not the difference between old and new.
• Your leftover subscription credits carry over and stack on top of the new plan’s allowance.

Example: you’re on Starter with 40 credits left, switch to Pro. You get 40 + 500 = 540 subscription credits, and your card is charged $24.90. Next renewal is a month from today.

Upgrades and downgrades work the same way — the carry-over applies in both directions.

Cancelling

One click. After cancelling:

• The current billing period keeps running to its end date. You keep full access and your remaining credits until then.
• No partial refund for the unused days in the period.
• When the period ends, the plan drops to Free. Any purchased pack credits stay — only the subscription allowance disappears.
